Daniel Sansot
Regional Youth & Discipleship Director

Daniel Sansot

Daniel (P. Dan) was born in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and raised in Augusta, Georgia, in a predominately Southern Baptist home. First generation Church of God, Daniel joined the COG as an Ordained Minister in 2005 and became an Ordained Bishop in 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies with a minor in Ministry.

Beginning his journey in ministry as a teenager, Daniel has dedicated the past two decades to ministering to young people and their families. He and his wife, Julie, have been serving the Lord in ministry together since their marriage in 1998. They have four children: Hannah, Benjamin, Josiah, and Samuel.

In 2011, the Sansots accepted the call to "Family Ministry," and have been serving as Senior Pastors since then. As pastors, Daniel and Julie focus on spirit-filled discipleship and ministry to the whole family. They desire to teach and equip adults, as well as train and instruct children and youth.

Daniel's heart for training young people through discipleship is the driving force in his role as Youth & Discipleship Director for the NCR. He has a strong passion to see students have a personal encounter with their Creator that leaves no room for doubt of His relevance in their lives. As director, the pursuit of Daniel's heart is to help students discover their hope, identity, and purpose that lies in Jesus Christ.

Julie Sansot
Regional Girls Ministries Coordinator

Julie Sansot

Julie has served alongside her husband for the past seventeen years, most of which have been spent working with young people. She has taught classes, counseled students and parents, served as friend and confidante, and journeyed with many students through the exploration of life and their faith. She has enjoyed the many facets of being a youth pastor's wife and, since their transition into senior pastoring, has continued to develop relationships with young people as well as embrace opportunities to pour into their lives.

The development of the spiritual lives of young ladies has always been a key focal point for Julie, and serving as Girls' Ministries Coordinator simply takes her passion to another level. It is the desire of her heart to see young girls mature and grow to be mighty women of God, understanding their identity and worth as royalty in Christ. Teaching, training, and equipping these young ladies is what Julie endeavors to see accomplished through the ministry of Girls' Clubs.
